Marketplace Rules
Jarvva is built on absolute trust and security. To maintain this ecosystem, all users must strictly adhere to the following community guidelines.
1. The Golden Rule: Never Bypass Escrow
The core of Jarvva's security is our Escrow system. All payments for products listed on Jarvva must be completed through the Jarvva wallet infrastructure.
Zero Tolerance Policy: Exchanging personal bank details, asking a buyer to send money via external platforms (like direct bank transfer, crypto, or other payment apps), or sharing external contact information to conduct a transaction off-platform will result in an immediate, permanent ban.
2. Prohibited Items & Listings
To ensure a safe environment, the following items are strictly prohibited from being sold on either the Digital or Physical markets:
- Illegal & Stolen Goods: Stolen electronics, hacked social media accounts, cracked software, carding tools, or any items obtained through illegal means.
- Dangerous Goods: Weapons, firearms, explosives, and illicit drugs.
- Adult Content: Pornography, sexually explicit material, or escort services.
- Fraudulent Financial Assets: "Get rich quick" schemes, unauthorized cryptocurrency exchanges, or fake bank logs.
- Copyright Infringement: Counterfeit clothing, pirated movies, or unlicensed intellectual property (See our DMCA Policy).
Vendors caught listing prohibited items will have their products deleted, and their accounts will face suspension.
3. Vendor Responsibilities
As a vendor, you are representing your business. You must adhere to the following standards:
- Accurate Descriptions: Products must exactly match their descriptions. Do not upload misleading images or withhold information about physical defects.
- Timely Delivery: You must ship physical items or transfer digital assets promptly. Consistent delays will result in automated escrow refunds to the buyer.
- Professional Communication: Treat buyers with respect in the order chat. Abusive language, threats, or harassment are grounds for immediate account termination.
4. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers are equally responsible for keeping the marketplace smooth and fair:
- Prompt Verification: Once you receive a physical item or access to a digital asset, you have a limited window to inspect it. You must release the escrow funds as soon as you verify the item is as described.
- No False Claims: Attempting to scam vendors by falsely claiming an item was not received or was defective (when it wasn't) is fraud. Jarvva investigates all disputes, and fraudulent buyers will be permanently banned.
- Communication: Always use the integrated Jarvva order chat. Evidence submitted from third-party apps (like WhatsApp) cannot be verified by our Admins during a dispute.
5. Dispute Resolution Protocol
If an issue arises, buyers and sellers must first attempt to resolve it amicably in the order chat. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be escalated to a Jarvva Admin.
The Admin will review the chat logs, shipping receipts, and digital transfer proofs. The Admin's decision to either refund the buyer or force-release the funds to the vendor is final and binding.
