1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Jarvva marketplace (the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. Jarvva reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform signifies your acceptance of any updated terms.

2. Description of Service

Jarvva is an online 2-in-1 marketplace that facilitates the buying and selling of both digital assets and physical goods. Jarvva is not the seller of the items listed. We act solely as a facilitator and an escrow agent to ensure secure transactions between independent buyers and independent vendors.

3. User Accounts & KYC Verification

• Account Creation: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• KYC (Know Your Customer): To list items for sale, users must undergo identity verification by uploading a valid government-issued ID. We reserve the right to reject KYC applications or revoke vendor privileges if fraudulent information is suspected.

4. The Escrow System

To protect both buyers and sellers, all transactions are routed through the Jarvva Escrow System.

1. When a buyer purchases an item, the funds are deducted from their wallet and locked securely in Escrow.
2. The vendor is notified to deliver the physical product or transfer the digital asset.
3. Upon successful delivery, the buyer must inspect the item and click "Release Funds" to pay the vendor.
4. If a dispute arises, the funds remain locked until a Jarvva Administrator reviews the evidence (chat logs, tracking IDs) and makes a final, binding decision to either refund the buyer or force-release the payout to the vendor.

5. Fees & Payouts

Creating an account and listing products is free. However, Jarvva charges a percentage-based Commission Fee on every successfully completed transaction. This fee is automatically deducted from the vendor's payout before it is credited to their wallet.

Vendors can request withdrawals of their wallet balance to their local Nigerian bank accounts. Withdrawal processing times may vary, and Jarvva is not responsible for delays caused by external banking networks.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in any activity that violates our Marketplace Rules. Specifically, attempting to bypass the Jarvva Escrow system to conduct transactions off-platform will result in an immediate and permanent ban without prior warning. Furthermore, listing illegal, stolen, or copyright-infringing material is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jarvva and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform. Because we are a facilitator, we do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the items advertised, nor the truth or accuracy of user listings.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or disrupts the integrity of the Platform.
